Aside from all the wonderful things regular exercise does for our mind/body/spirit, exercise during this time of year can increase our energy, boost our immunity, help us think clearly, and promote better management of holiday specific stress. It doesn’t take much.
Be strategic with your exercise. Think of exercise as a dose, depending on what you need help with.

Solution: low-intensity exercise.
Challenge: feeling sick/have a cold.
Solution: moderate exercise.
Challenge: can’t think clearly.
Solution: short bursts of intense exercise.
Challenge: too much stress.
Solution: any kind of exercise.
