One of my childhood friends died yesterday in a tragic accident. He was 35 years old – a husband, father, son, and friend to many. When I received the news this morning, I stopped breathing for a minute. I couldn’t believe it. And suddenly, I felt so sad. So sad for his family, so sad for his friends, so sad for the loss of him.

Losing someone is an experience we can all share. Whether you lose due to death, divorce, or breakup, the emotional pain is inevitable. How we deal with it is as unique as each of us, and there’s no right or wrong way.
